Flex and Breathe

Gentle movement and breath sessions are held on Saturday and Sunday mornings, facilitated by Shona. Bring a towel, a water bottle, and a mat if you have one and breathe into gentle recovery in preparation for the day ahead. These sessions are held on site.

Craft Corner

BYO or partake in joint crafts at our Crafting Corner, a space slightly removed from the high intensity of the rest of the weekend. This space is a wonderful zone to relax and reset.

Activities

Can't get enough of trains? Visit Belmore Park for a stroll and take a photo in the delightful Train Park. Note that Belmore Park occassionally hosts markets on Montague St, so be mindful if you are travelling by vehicle.
