Tickets
Allocation
Tickets are not transferable; the name of the ticket holder will be requested at the time of purchase and that ticket holder will be the only person able to make use of that ticket.
Any person arriving at the event attempting to use a ticket under the name of someone else will be turned away.
Instead of transferring tickets, you may contact the Railhouse Blues Committee to indicate that you wish to relinquish your ticket, at which point it will be returned to the ticket pool. If your ticket subsequently sells, you will be issued a full refund.
Refunds
A full refund will be issued regardless of the waitlist if your ticket is cancelled prior to the 31st of January 2026.
A 50% refund may be issued if you cancel your ticket from the 31st of January to the 20th of February 2026. Potentially a full refund will be issued if there is someone on the waitlist to take your ticket.
After the 20th of February 2026 there will be no refunds unless someone on the waitlist is willing and able to take your ticket.
From midday on the 6th of March 2026, there will be no refunds for any reason, including being asked to leave the event.
At all times the Railhouse Blues Committee reserves the right to issue any additional refund at their sole discretion, even in contradiction with the above conditions.
At all times the Railhouse Blues Committee reserves the right to reject a ticket purchase within 5 days of the purchase, with or without explanation.
Conduct
All persons attending Railhouse Blues are required to read and agree to abide by the Code of Conduct for the event.
The Railhouse Blues Committee is the final arbiter in any dispute regarding the conditions of the Code of Conduct.
Any person found to be in breach of the Code of Conduct may have their ticket revoked at the sole discretion of the Committee and be asked to leave the event.
Refusal to leave the event under these conditions will be considered an act of Trespass.
